Carter-Hoffmann CH1800 Cook & Hold Oven
The Carter-Hoffmann CH1800 is a stainless steel cook-and-hold oven insulated with 2-inch-thick fiberglass. It features 5-inch swivel casters (2 with brakes) and a built-in top-mounted blower heater for even heat distribution. A fan motor prevents overheating, while the side-mounted heat duct system circulates heat gently, reducing food shrinkage and enhancing appearance. A water pan adds humidity to keep food moist.
